Samsung SDS has established a strategic partnership with VMware to strengthen its cloud computing and platform virtualization software services.
VMware, the subsidiary of Dell Technologies, was one of the first commercially successful companies to virtualize the X86 architecture. Its desktop software runs on Microsoft Windows, Linux and others.
Samsung SDS said the signing ceremony was held Monday in Barcellona.
The two companies will do joint marketing in financial, healthcare and distribution markets in the U.S. They would do the same business in the other countries in the future.
