Shinsegye duty-free shops will accept Bithumb cryptocurrency in an online settlement.
Bithumb said Thursday that Bithumb members could use Bithumb Cash when they buy goods in Shinsegye’s online shops.
Shinsegye and Bithumb are holding promotional events until the end of next month. During this period, buyers can get discounts of 2,000 won when they buy Shinsegye goods through Bithumb Cash. Bithumb Cash users can get upgrade as Gold Members.
Bithumb has partnered with such companies as Singapore-based Qoo10 and InterPark Business Market.
