The Seoul Medical Center will become a trendsetter in the blockchain-based medical service.
It will complete its blockchain-based smart hospital service network by the end of this year.
The program is part of the Ministry of Science and ICT’s pilot projects.
The platform will log all hospital services, from registration to discharge. It will also contain the medical history of each patient.
The platform will enable patients and hospitals to get medical insurance bulls through digital automation.
So far most of the South Korean hospitals do the manual work.
