The Seoul Metropolitan Government will open a center to assist the blockchain startups sometime between late November and early December in the western Manpo district.

The center would enable blockchain startups to use offices free of charge. The center will house a training center, a conference room, and a daycare center for kids.

The center is part of the city’s five-year plan to foster the blockchain business. By 2022, the city will invest in 120 billion won in promoting the blockchain industry. It will also open a similar center in southern Gaepo district.
