Gruut Korea Monday announced that it has signed a contract with KEB-Hana TI for a joint project to develop blockchain banking platforms.
The two would also join hands to do business in the FinTech market both at home and abroad. The KEB-Hana TI is the subsidiary of the KEB-Hana Banking Group.
Their partnership came out on the day when the Financial Supervisory Commission announced the opening of the banking network to the FinTech companies. So far the network was closed only to banks.
Gruut Korea is the developer of Gruut Network, which is a fully decentralized P2P public ledger.
