Hanhwa Systems has signed an agreement Wednesday in Seoul with the Ethereum blockchain R&D startup Onther-Tech.
Under the agreement, Hanhwa would list joint projects and provide solutions to customers, while Onther will provide core technology and consulting services to Hanhwa.
Hanhwa Systems will establish blockchain platforms for all Hanhwa subsidiaries this year. It will commercialize blockchain platform services from next year.
Hanhwa Systems has already completed the H-Chain, its blockchain platform. It also joined the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the industry’s first global standards organization to deliver an open, standards-based architecture and specification to accelerate the adoption of Enterprise Ethereum.
