Blockchain-based publishing platform, Publish Protocol, will raise capital through the initial exchange offering (IEO) on the Hanbitco exchange on April 1.
The IEO is a hybrid version of the initial coin offering and is more secure than ICO because the issuers passed the listing guideline set by the exchange. Investors can buy tokens through the exchange.
Hanbitco arranges its third IEO after Chaince and ProBit.
Publish Protocol is to develop a koken model for traditional news outlets. Sixteen national newspapers are members of the Publish Protocol alliance. The protocol will serve a bride role between readers and newspapers, a Publish Protocol spokesman said.
