Three companies—Hyundai BS&C, Kakao, and Commax—signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding to start the Internet of Things (IOT)-based smart home business.
BS&C and Kakao will provide its software to Commax platform. BS&C has artificial intelligence-based software. Kakao is South Korea’s most popular public chatting site. Commax is South Korea’s leading IOT-based home solution provider.
The smart home business is one of the fast-growing markets in South Korea.
