Blockchain funding platform Dsion trade its coins on Hanbitcon exchange from Friday.
It raises funds through the initial exchange offering, a more stable formula than the initial coin offering as exchanges screen the IEO.
Dsion said promising blockchain startups could raise capital through its platform.
