Samsung SDS will unveil its blockchain-based supply chain management and distribution business automation services Thursday.

The company said a group of domestic fisheries produces processing companies would use the service. It is the first time that the blockchain service gets commercialized.

At the platform, producers and consumers can monitor all processes of fisheries processed products, from production, delivery, and distribution to consumers.

Samsung SDS will also unveil its blockchain-based platform showing cargo transportation information on a real-time basis.
A Samsung SDS executive said the company would use blockchain and artificial intelligence to upgrade the smart distribution system.
