The Korea Blockchain Law Society leader stressed the importance of judges, lawyers, and law professors in the sound development of the blockchain technology in society.
In a seminar in Seoul Monday night, Lee Jung-yeop, chairman of the society said, “Information has become core resources and blockchain is the technology to filter the information for the social and national development.
The role of lawyers, judges and law professors has become all the more important to set a framework for the universal use of blockchain technology without any social friction and tension, he said.
The society was launched in Setepmber to study ways of providing legal framework for the sound development of the blockchain technology.
